Pregnancy Pilates is a practice for pregnant women from the first month of pregnancy until delivery.
This practice, like prenatal yoga, is particularly recommended during pregnancy.

The purpose of these sessions will be to
strengthen the abdomen to support the weight of the uterus and the baby,
⁃ facilitate childbirth, thanks to a
awareness of the perineum (relaxation / contraction)
⁃ help to adopt a better posture and
strengthen the center of the body, which prevents the pelvis from tilting (a too pronounced anteversion leads to back pain)

⁃ reduce pain, by improving posture

⁃ speed up post-pregnancy recovery

Traditional Pilates exercises adapted to the specific physiology and morphology of the pregnant woman so that she can perform them without difficulty and in complete safety for the baby.
